Any increase in energy would be welcome, but lack of ability to walk great distance or stay awake for two days running means far less likelihood of true manic episode. Though I have to admit great burst the other day when I withdraw from the Creative Writing course at Flinders. Over 11,000 steps, no problem and not feeling tired. Lazy since other than great tidy-up and clear out of paper.
